HR4AD - Age-Diverse Workforce Management for HR Managers
The project “Age-diverse workforce management for HR managers” (HR4AD) involve 5 partners from different countries: Portugal, France, Slovenia, Poland and Greece and is funded by the Erasmus+ Key action 2 - programme of the European Commission.
The project “Age-diverse workforce management for HR managers” (HR4AD) involve 5 partners from different countries: Portugal, France, Slovenia, Poland and Greece and is funded by the Erasmus+ Key action 2 - programme of the European Commission.
The objectives of the HR4AD project are:
(1) Strengthen key competences in VET so that human resource managers integrate age-diverse management skills;
(2) Produce high quality Open Educational Resources to promote easy and open access to VET provision, enabling qualification and qualification;
(3) Improving access to training for all through CVET through a self-paced gaming pedagogy that allows students to customize their personal training.
